With backgrounds in real estate, construction, and development, Shane & Pierce bring architectural empathy, technical understanding, and a problem-solving mindset to each project, resulting in spaces that are rooted in authenticity and elevated style.

Evan Shane Krenzien is the Co-Founder and Principal designer at Shane & Pierce, a design firm focusing on curating thoughtful and bespoke residential spaces and new builds. With over 15 years of experience and an extensive background that encompasses architecture, urban planning, and real estate development, Evan’s perspective on design merges his love of eclectic modern sensibility with enduring style. His passion for design, architecture, and construction began at an early age. As a child, he was captivated by construction sites, drawing floor plans for fun and exploring homes under construction around his neighborhood. This led him to study architecture at the University of Virginia, before pivoting to Urban Planning and earning a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. In addition to Shane & Pierce, Evan oversees Evan Shane Design Build, a design, development, and project management firm headquartered in Los Angeles. Evan brings a rare, holistic perspective to every project—blending his creative vision with a deep understanding of how spaces are built, lived in, and experienced over time. Evan’s design approach is grounded in storytelling, architectural integrity, and a belief that thoughtful interiors should enhance the rhythm of everyday life.

Pierce Jordan is the Co-Founder and Principal designer at Shane and Pierce, where he brings over a decade of experience and a wealth of knowledge as a designer and builder of luxury residential spaces and new builds. Growing up, Pierce was surrounded by developers, architects, and interior designers in his family and was fascinated by the craftsmanship and artistry of residential design. As a child, Pierce would sketch and paint homes, and had an obsession with the construction aspect of a home. He began his professional career in real estate investing, but wanted a more creative outlet to pursue his passion for design and construction. In 2014, Pierce purchased his first few lots in Dallas and began building, developing, and designing modern duplex residences, launching his career in residential design and deepening his love of building and construction. Pierce’s aesthetic is heavily influenced by European design principles, favoring earthy tones, bold color palettes, layered textures, and vintage pieces mixed seamlessly with modern elements. Whether reimagining a historic home or leading a new build from the ground up, Pierce’s approach to design reflects his commitment to creating enduring value, and embraces pattern and character.
